Recipe from childhood

I'm still sitting at home (lol).
Yesterday I remembered an old recipe of the sweet from USSR. When I was a children, my mother made it for me. It is called "choco sausage" (on Russian it sounds like "shokoladnaya kolbaska" ^^).
The process of cooking this candy is extremely easy.
Ingredients:
300-400 g of cookies
200 g of butter
~30 g of sugar
~70 g of cacao
~110 g of milk or cream(10%)
These sum of ingredients is for 3 portions!!!
Firstly, you should grind to a powder a half of cookies. I did it with plunger, but you can use blender.
The other part of cookies you should break into small pieces.

 
Secondly, you need to make a chocolate paste. Mix milk, cacao and sugar, warm over low heat. And add butter.
Warning! You must always mixed paste!

Then mix cookies with paste, expand on the foil, form a sausage, wrapped in foil and put it in frige.

Wait ~3 hours and eat ^___^
